Some of the benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy include decreased pain, heart burn, indigestion and nausea; proper nerve signal to uterus and baby; optimal baby positioning; reduced labor time and pain. Chiropractic care is also a natural way to assist with helping late breech babies get into the most optimal position for birth- HEAD DOWN.

Lexi provides healing theraputic massage services through all walks of life. Using different applied pressure such as cupping, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques, she will adjust the pressure to accommodate your comfort level.

Pregnant women can find relief and relaxation during the last two trimesters of pregnancy by scheduling a prenatal massage. Massage during pregnancy is a gentle way to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts.

Luv Massage also provides infant massage classes provided to the parent/caregiver. Infant massage communicates love, comfort, care, and support to your baby through the power of touch.
